IMC offers a comprehensive wellness care plan to our patients in addition to our Pay-Per Service Plan.*
This is not a concierge or VIP plan, but rather a plan to save money for patients who want and need more IMC services.
Our membership plan can be started at any time and covers a full 12 months of care. Patients electing the care plan within 30 days of a paid office visit may deduct that office visit from their membership fee.

Patients have asked for combination plans, so in addition to a Single Membership, we are also offering a Dual Membership for two people (partners, spouses, etc.) and a Family Membership (maximum of 2 adults and children at the same address). A new feature for 2025, also based on patient requests, is dedicated member-only appointments. A number of appointment slots will be reserved just for members to meet any urgent medical needs.
Patients who are looking for a comprehensive health and wellness plan and want to save money will benefit from this discounted bundle of services. The Membership Plan includes free office visits and wellness services, and direct portal communication with nurses and Providers, among other benefits. Patients who come to IMC infrequently or who do not live in the immediate area may prefer to continue with our Pay-Per-Service Plan where everything is charged separately.
Memberships will be accepted starting January 2, 2025, but you can email Practice Director Mary Pat Whaley at marypat.whaley@imcnorthcarolina.com, or call or text her at (984) 248-0529 to be contacted in January. We are pleased to have kept the pricing extremely competitive in the local market and are offering $100 off the annual price for purchasing one of the Membership Plans in the first two weeks of January. Members who renew their memberships for a second year will also receive a $50 gift card to use for supplements or services at IMC.
Patients who do not elect the Membership Plan may receive care through our Pay-Per-Service program. This plan is better suited to patients who do not use many IMC services or who do not live close enough to the clinic to be able to take advantage of on-site services. All services are provided individually (a la carte). Please review the Cash Pricing Schedule HERE.

Energy Medicine (EM) is defined as any energetic or informational interaction with a biological system to bring back homeostasis in the organism. EM treats with the understanding that all illness results from disturbances in this energy known as the human biofield (chi or prana), and works by manipulating the body’s energy fields to achieve a positive effect on physical and mental health. Energy Medicine theory states “Physics does not override biochemistry, it drives it.”
