Time of service instructions

Upon arrival, enter through the front door of our clinic and proceed down our hallway making a left just past room 7 and the recessed pottery. Proceed through the open door and find the barn door to your right. This is the Sauna and Red Light Room.

Getting started

You may use either the Clear Light Sauna, the JOOVV Red Light or both depending on your appointment type. Please use the room only for the extent of your scheduled appointment.

Lock both doors to the room for your privacy. It is customary to do these treatments unclothed, in swim or underclothes apparel. Typically, one uses the JOOVV red light for 10 minutes facing forwards and 10 minutes facing backwards. The Clear Light Sauna is used for 30 minutes or less in most instances at 150⁰-160⁰.

Using the Joovv Red Light

The JOOVV Red Light is to your right when entering through the barn door.

Please put on a pair of red light blocking glasses prior to turning on the JOOVV.
The power button for the JOOVV Red Light is on the upper right hand side of the upper right panel (do not use the buttons on the right hand side on the bottom panel in the middle of the machine).
To power on, push the topmost button.
To start the Red Light push the ▷ button.
To adjust the time of the Red Light (typically 10 minutes facing forward and 10 minutes facing back) you can use the clock button on the second row closest to the back wall.
